This is a multifaceted Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) position working in support of Special Programs. You will help develop administer and maintain a comprehensive security program in a fastpaced deadline driven environment. You will be required to routinely work with all levels of management and government customers. You will be a selfstarter and team player with the
ability to develop and implement solutions to a variety of complex problems
This position will require that you are well organized with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks daily and effectively reprioritize tasks when required as well as have excellent written verbal presentation and interpersonal skills
What You Will Do
- Understand implement and ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directives.
- Develop submit for approval and implement security policies procedures and documentation specific to the program such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Security Plans Operation Security (OPSEC) Plans Concept of Operations (CONOPs) etc.
- Conduct selfinspections and participate in Government Inspections and recommend /implement corrective actions as required.
- Create update and conduct various security briefings training and debriefings.
- Maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers peers and senior management across multiple sites and business units.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare written reports
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Security
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Min of five years of experience in Program Security including Personnel Security Physical/Technical Security Information Assurance COMSEC and Security Awareness Training and Education
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
Qualifications We Prefer
- Security related certification and training
- Experience with DISS and Access Commander databases

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
