Job Description
For One of our ongoing Accela Business Licensing implementation project we are looking for an Accela Project Manager. Mostly Remote. Initial 4 weeks onsite and then may be travel as needed or once a month.
Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan timeline and resource allocation. Ensure the project stays within scope and timeline constraints. Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership
- Lead the configuration and deployment of Accela Civic Platform for Business Licensing. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to migrate data from legacy systems. Customize Accela workflows scripting and integrations to meet agency needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT Business Licensing and Accela consultants.Facilitate meetings workshops and training sessions for endusers. Provide onsite and virtual training for licensing staff. Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments and vendors.
- Work onsite as needed to troubleshoot issues and ensure system adoption. Provide handson guidance during testing training and golive phases. Address and resolve technical or processrelated roadblocks promptly.Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve system defects.Develop training materials and conduct enduser training sessions.
- Ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems minimizing disruptions.Lead the full lifecycle of the Accela Business License Implementation project.Deliver a fully functional compliant and userfriendly business licensing system.Provide postimplementation support to resolve issues and improve processes
- Gather oversee business licensing requirements from stakeholders. Assist with deploying the module in a production environment with minimal disruption. Monitor performance address postlaunch issues and ensure adoption.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of eight 8 years in the Information Technology Field
- 46 years of Accela Civic Platform experience
- Minimum of 2 years OF Accela Business License experience
- Four 4 years experience managing software application implementations projects in largescale systems especially cloudbased technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow Jira or similar workflow management tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products including Microsoft Project
