Job Location: Washington DC
Description:
Supportthe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization(EHRM) program as a Jr. Action Officer for the Acquisition team.
Ability to conduct analysis ofmultiple sources of data (e.g. IDIQs task orders schedules status decksrequirements documents change control documents financial data)
Develop InvestmentJustification Package documentation supplemental documentation and associatedrouting sheets
Facilitate routing of packagesthrough established processes and follow up as required
Develop briefing decks forExecutive leadership on a recurring and ad hoc basis (e.g. COAs informationalbriefings decision briefings) on a variety of Program Control topics
Create a wide variety ofdocuments including reports presentations email communications spreadsheet
Develop process diagrams asneeded
Minimumqualifications:
5 years ofprofessional work experience
Intermediate levelproficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Experience creatingapplying and maintaining tools to track program project or task performancedata including cost schedule and performance data
Must have experiencein the creation of routine and ad hoc reports
Must be able toprovide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative andgraphic forms
Bachelors degree in a Businessdiscipline is required or an additional 8years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
