Position Summary:
The Director of Development (DOD) is a key leader within the Advancement team reporting toand serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Advancement Officer. This role is responsible fordesigning and implementing strategic initiatives to:
The DOD will also manage a portfolio of prospects at various levels focusing predominantlyon alumni who are not current parents or parents of alumni. While this position will not initiallyhave direct reports collaborating across teams to achieve fundraising and engagement successwill be critical. The best candidate for this position is one who aspires to grow into a moreconfident and capable leader through realtime experience. This role requires flexibility withoccasional evening and weekend commitments and domestic travel as needed.
