Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet orexceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Make outbound calls topotential customers topromote and sell the companys solutions
    • Respond toinbound sales enquiries and follow uponleads generated byother sales channels
    • Follow upwith clients postsale toensure satisfaction resolve any issues and secure repeat business and referrals
    • Collaborate with other departments toensure aseamless customer experience and resolve any issues that arise
    • Provide regular updates tothe management onperformance and progress
    • Managing and maintaining adatabase ofall sales data (orders payments forecasts performance BDMs call cycles)
    • Prepare proposals and other salesrelated materials
    • Coordinate sales events demonstrations and presentations
    • Continuously strive toimprove sales techniques processes and efficiency tomaximize productivity and results

Qualifications:

    • Proven experience ininside sales preferably inaB2B environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills inEnglish
    • Goaloriented mindset with apassion for achieving targets
    • Strong customer service orientation with apassion for building and maintaining longterm customer relationships
    • Ability toempathize with customers and provide solutions totheir problems/ requests
    • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook) for creating documents spreadsheets and email communication.
    • Familiarity with CRM softwares tomanage customer interactions track leads and generate reports
    • Selfmotivated resilient and adaptable toafastpaced sales environment
