Overview
Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Location: 4344 W. Bell Road Glendale AZ 85308
Incentives: Up to $10000 Bonus and $350/mth Student Debt Benefit
Schedule: FullTime Monday Friday including 3 days until 6 PM
Compensation:Salaried starting at $74000 and up commensurate with experience PLUS Signon Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate treat direct and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues physicians patients family members and thirdparty payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
- Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
- CPR certification
