The RN Home Health Clinical Mangerwill provide direction coordination and implementation of professional and supportive services to clients in a safe and costeffective manner by performing the following duties. - Responsible review in ensuring accurate complete and timely provision of quality client care and services in compliance with regulatory operational and financial requirements.
- Assures the accuracy completeness and timeliness of clinical records in compliance with regulatory operational and financial requirements.
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of clinical measures of performance. Develops and follows through with action plans based upon measurement results.
- Perform record reviews in EMR and is responsible for locking of records. Responsible to approve all orders and sign Plan of Cares.
- Provides support and acts as liaison to clinical staff including but not limited to service feedback mentoring and problem resolution.
- Provides training and educational opportunities for clinical staff. Participates in and/or facilitates these activities as necessary.
- Knowledgeable regarding reporting and benchmarking tools (EG: IQIES reports Value Based Purchasing Care Compare.
- Responsible for clinical policy and procedure development and implementation.
- Assist with orientation of new staff.
- Home visits if needed.
- As deemed necessary and on an interim basis may/will take on duties and responsibilities of the Home Health Director (Refer to the Home Health Director Job Description).
Education and/or Experience Must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years Home Health Care experience and at least one year of supervisory experience. Oasis knowledge required. Certificates Licenses Registrations Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio. Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record and proof of insurance.
