Role Senior Associate
Over all experience of 58 years with handson work experience of at least 12 Oracle Eloqua and 12 Oracle Unity (Customer Data Platform CDP) end to end implementation
Provide technical support training feedback guidance and expertise to admin and end business users
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and develop optimal solutions to meet business needs
Document Technical requirements and other necessary documentation
Ability to lead a team of developers
Role and Responsibilities
Handson experience in
Configuring the data feed ingest jobs to bring data from source DW mapping between source and destination systems
Configuring and extending the data models and send data to marketing campaigns
Setting up the ID resolution rules and debugging issues identifying master entity
Sound knowledge of mcps queries
Creating custom intelligent attributes and using in the calculations process
Creating and using the data science models data segmentations and address validations
Creating customer 360 dashboards using rules subrules data source views and custom widgets creating campaign dashboards
Implementing and managing the integrations with different systems like CRM Service Loyalty Marketing and others
Sound knowledge of the data model of oracle unity data objects and queries
Understanding of Oracle Unity APIs and analytics offering
Understanding of Access Control in Unity
Create and manage email marketing automation campaigns including email marketing landing pages creation progressive profiling forms segmentation campaign setup AB Testing leadnurturing programs endtoend testing & custom dashboard Reporting of data within Eloqua and Salesforce or other applications deployment monitoring the campaign while active and analysis with recommendations for improvement
Advisor to Business Development & Marketing team explaining data flow between Eloqua and Salesforce for all campaigns and provide best practices for technology campaign setup on a casebycase basis
Provide technical support training feedback guidance and expertise to functional marketing team members and end business users
Implementing & Managing data integration between Eloqua and 3rd party applications
Deploy Eloqua campaigns that utilize 3rd party apps for improved automation and scale
Provisioning of system accounts (username / password) to internal marketing clients in need of access to the tool & conducting regular audit on the system to maintain housekeeping standards
Knowledge of web Development knowledge in HTML CSS3 & Java Scripting
