Job Description

As a Sr TPM you will collaborate with partners across numerous domains including Science (Applied Science Economics Data Science) engineering product finance business intelligence and more. This is a unique Sr. TPM role with high exposure to Data Science and Economics. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects while working across teams within the greater Ads organization. You will not only help us deliver on our goals but will also help shape our Science Engineering vision and roadmap through active collaboration with our leadership team.
Our ideal candidate will be highly selfdriven willing to learn new technical areas have excellent communication skills and possess a strong technical background focused on problem solving and system design. Key job responsibilities
Successfully lead delivery of large highimpact initiatives across multiple teams and organizations
Work with stakeholders and senior leadership to develop product strategies roadmaps and detailed requirements to execute on our vision
Bring strong datadriven business and technical judgment to decisions. Assess risk drive clarity and create the correct sense of urgency for delivery
Define mechanism to optimize the output and collaboration within the team and with partners
Help develop the teams longterm technical strategy based on our business goals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5 years of technical product or program management experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience building and evaluating systemlevel technical design
Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
5 years of technical product or program management experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience building and evaluating systemlevel technical design
Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
