Job Description

About the role
As a Senior Digital Producer you will:
- Manage digital projects endtoend including business case development tender process supplier management and stakeholder engagement.
- Gather interpret and document business and user requirements and turn them into effective strategies blueprints site scopes and creative briefs.
- Develop new templates wire framing and prototyping to meet the needs of the Councils digital programs.
- Manage multiple CMS and digital production platforms.
- Manageand develop eDMs CRM systems and subscriber databases to meet the needs of digital marketing plans.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and develop insights from Data Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics SiteImprove and Qualtrics.
- Manage WCAG compliance across all digital assets and meet requirements from the Disability Inclusion Action Plan.
- Highlevel knowledge and understanding of User Experience and current digital marketing best practices with the ability to translate these into actionable and effective tactics
- Balance innovation and creativity whilst ensuring consistency and effectiveness in communications across the City of Parramatta Council.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in IT Digital or or equivalent combined with proven industry experience (typically at least 10 years)
- Endtoend digital production and creative skills and experience.
- Experience in project management including the development of detailed project documentation covering project scopes functional specifications design and development briefs estimates and proposal
- Demonstrable experience in developing implementing and managing websites for large organisations.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and Adobe CS6 Suite skills as well as an understanding of a user experience design.
- Experience in service design process mapping and customer experience you alsohave expertise in the use of website content management systems digital analytics software and WCAG.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of digital design fundamentals including UX design and usercentred design (UCD).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to relate to all levels within an organisation
- Demonstrated experience and ability to design and manage continuous improvements to websites to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Highlevel knowledge of content management systems (e.g. WordPress SharePoint Drupal) analytics tools (e.g. Google or Adobe Analytics) and a good understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Whats on offer
On offer is a 6month term contract position with an attractive remuneration from $117832.69 to $129758.40 plus 11.5 superannuation.
