Job Description

Greater Philadelphia Health Action Inc. (GPHA) is a Federally Qualified Health Center
known to be the largest healthcare provider in the greater Philadelphia area. With Joint Commission
accredited Health Centers providing compassionate and affordable healthcare
services throughout Philadelphia regardless of an individuals ability to pay. We are seeking to
hire an IT Systems Engineer (SysEng).
GPHAs Systems Engineer role is to ensure the stability integrity and efficient operation of the
information systems that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by
implementing monitoring maintaining supporting and optimizing all networked software
hardware and associated operating systems. The Systems Engineer will apply proven
communication analytical and problemsolving skills to help identify communicate and
resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.
An undergraduate degree in information technology computer science or related field and 3
years of experience or 5 years of relevant handson experience with Windows
Server/workstation OS and wired and WiFi networking technology and IT systems
implementation maintenance and support is required. Must possess excellent organizational
skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
