Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax returnsand prepare materials and research for consulting projects related to tax planning opportunities
- Work with an engagement team and draw on your experience toprovidetax compliance and consulting services to a variety of clients in different industries
- Communicatewith clients to gather information to complete tax returns
- Operate in adynamic environment coachinterns and entrylevelstaffand share your knowledge and experience with the entire team
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Required
- CPA orqualifications completed to pursue CPA
- 1 years of progressive experience at a public accounting firm preferred
- Excellent organizationaland time managementskills
- Strong external and internal communicationrequired due to client facing role and importance of strong partnership with internal engagement teams
- Understanding of Outlook Excel Word Adobe etc.required
- Strong understanding of CCH Axcessrequired
- Initiative to learn ask questionsoperatein a fastpaced environment challenge the status quo
- Develop strong relationships internally and flexibility arerequiredand keys to success
- Experience preparing returns forpartnership scorp individual or corporationreturns anddemonstratean understanding of increasingly complex taxconcepts
