Role Summary:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities including recruitment performance management employee relations HR compliance and benefits administration. This role requires a proactive solutionsoriented individual who can effectively collaborate with team members at all levels within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
Administer compensation and benefit plans ensuring competitive positioning and compliance with legal requirements.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; BambooHR will be a plus.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Aptitude in problemsolving.
Desire to work as a team with a resultsdriven approach.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
