Job Description :
The Media Development Manager is responsible for developing and deploying best practices for media experiences. S/He implements a standard way of developing a media plan and standard format for media plans within the Havas Media Group.
The role sits between Strategy and Activation and is the point where Strategy is translated into Media Experiences for clients.

- Work closely with data and strategy communities as well as client leadershipand specialiststeams
- Build relationships with creative / content stakeholders and key media owners to ensure optimized and innovative Mx recommendations
- Contribute tothe client satisfaction
- Ensure optimal Mx delivery
- Ensure audience planning and data integrationfrom Mx brief toMxmeasurement
Media Experienceownership
Create optimal Mx defined as Connection x Context x Content
- Work withAudienceArchitect to develop the growth target persona all the way through the media experience for inclusion in planning tools into buying audiences and into addressable segmentation
- Allocate budget across channels based on audience and objectivein conjunction with econometrics and attribution specialists
- Recommend optimum content and context based on client brief and strategy
- Deliver overallexperienceand articulation of how channels work together
- Input measurement framework including KPIs and methodology in conjunction with specialistsand Mx measurement teams
Create and present Mx Story to clients
- Createthe Mx guidelinesin liaise with relevant internal specialist teams
- Ensure quality control on plan recommendationagainst Mx delivery
- Provide insightful post campaign optimization
Previous Experience & Industry Background
- 8 yearsprofessional experience instrategic planning
- Media Brand
Qualifications &Languages:
- Bachelors orMastersdegree in Business Marketing or Advertising
