Are you ready for your next career challenge The Digital Modernization sector at Leidos is currently seeking a Web Developer for the GSMO program supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency.
What will you do in this role
- Design web infrastructure development and maintenance of software applications autonomous services desktop applications web applications web services scripts and utilityprograms.
- Conduct analysis work with subject matter experts in planning design and development and provides technical expertise.
- Determine user needs programming techniques and controls requirement prepare operating instructions and user guide.
- Ensure development meets software standards and security compliance.
- Architect develop and release custom software solutions webbased application systems and web services as per requirements and security compliance
- Develop stored procedures for SQL Server databases
- Perform daily operations and maintenance tasks including maintaining web servers and sites troubleshooting issues responding to service desk ticket escalations and debugging and documenting legacy systems
- Troubleshoot infrastructure integration with IIS servers and configuration
- Demonstrate an understanding of active directory authentication integration
Basic Qualifications to be considered:
- Bachelors Degree and 8 years experience. Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Current clearance.
- Current CompTIA certification for DoD 8140/8570 compliance (SecurityCE or GSEC).
- Significant handson background with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) management troubleshooting application and web server errors and IIS security compliance
- Demonstrated background with infrastructure Active Directory authentication group policies domain name services ACLs and their integration with web server
- Demonstrated background with application configuration release and deployment on the web server
- Significant background developing web applications and web services using ASP C# and JavaScript
- Extensive web development background using MVC JSON JQuery HTML5 and CSS3
- Background with OAuth authorization services in ASP 5 or 6
- Extensive background with SQL server development stored procedures and TSQL
- Demonstrated background with writing PowerShell Scripts
- Able to apply software development principles concepts and techniques including software design patterns test methods and integration practices
- Knowledgeable of Information security for Web Site Administration as per Web Server Security Technical Implementation Guide http://iase.disa.mil/stigs/
- Indepth knowledge of objectoriented design and ntier development

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89700.00 $162150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
