Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex IT integration programs supporting Amazons global Mergers and Acquisitions initiatives. This strategic role combines handson technical expertise program management best practices and business acumen to successfully integrate acquired companies technology landscape within the Amazon ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring innate curiosity strong analytical skills and a focus on customercentric solutions.

As Amazon continues to grow organically and through strategic acquisitions you will play a crucial role in realizing deal
value through successful technology integrations. Working closely with senior leadership you will shape and execute comprehensive integration strategies across infrastructure applications security support models and operations. Your work will directly impact Amazons growth trajectory and operational excellence.

In this role you will lead endtoend integration programs spanning infrastructure productivity applications audiovisual systems IT support and asset management. As the Single Point of Contact for integration initiatives you will coordinate across product engineering security and operational teams to ensure alignment and delivery. Your responsibilities include defining program vision objectives and success metrics while ensuring alignment with Amazons strategic goals. You will drive datadriven improvements influence resource allocation decisions and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels. A key aspect of your role will be developing and implementing best practices and repeatable integration protocols that can scale across multiple acquisitions.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong ownership mindset and maintain a bias for action while navigating our fastpaced collaborative environment. Deep understanding of systems their limitations and architectural decisions is essential as is excellence in stakeholder management and communication. You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting course as new data becomes available.

Key job responsibilities
Lead technical due diligence during M&A evaluation phases to assess integration feasibility risks and resource requirements.
Develop endtoend IT integration strategies and detailed implementation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Drive complex crossfunctional integration programs spanning multiple regions and enterprises.
Assess and rationalize redundant systems/applications to optimize the output architecture.
Manage stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams globally.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the integration program lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with security privacy and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Define and track program KPIs and metrics.
Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new systems and processes.

7 years of leading largescale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership business case development realizing customer benefits and successful program completion experience
Bachelors degree in science technology engineering math business or equivalent
Experience leading technical and nontechnical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
7 years managing largescale technical programs
Experience in enterprise architecture and system integration patterns
Experience with cloud technologies and modern architecture platforms

PMP certification or SCRUM/Agile SAFe certification
Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar
Experience leading IT M&A integration programs
Knowledge of IT governance security and compliance frameworks

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
