The Opportunity

This role is all about unlocking growth both by supporting a key distribution partner and driving new business across the trade. Youll:


  • Spend 40 of your time supporting an exclusive distributor with a expansive footprint
  • Spend 60 of your time winning new business with installers fabricators specifiers and builders
  • Consultatively sell Knotwoods full product range cladding battens slats and decking
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track pipeline spot opportunities and drive smarter activities
  • Travel across WA including regional trips of up to a week per month


Who You Are


  • 5 years of B2B sales experience ideally in building materials trade supply or distribution
  • You run your patch with energy accountability and a consultative approach
  • A proven hunter who builds pipeline generates leads and closes with confidence
  • A confident communicator and natural coach trusted by tradies sales teams and decisionmakers
  • You use data insights and CRM to drive strategy and results
  • You show up with ideas deliver quick wins and build momentum
