Job Description
About the role
- Develop comprehensive 360degree creative marketing campaigns from start to finish including conceptualization and asset delivery across multiple channels
- Collaborate closely with the Design & Video teams to produce assets for performance campaigns across paid media OOH and other platforms
- Write compelling copy tailored to various placements and platforms with a strong emphasis on Conversion
- Evolve existing brands and create new ones working closely with other teams leveraging data to shape and refine brand strategies
- Lead creative ideation for new content collaborating with content creators audiovisual producers and other sources
- Incorporate data into your everyday work using insights to inform your concepts and measuring content performance to drive continuous improvement
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions creative reviews and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends in advertising digital marketing pop culture and consumer behavior
About You
- Based in Madrid
- Bilingual in English with proficiency in Spanish
- 5 years of experience in creative strategy ideally within a creative agency or a similar environment
- Proven track record in producing visual and written content for creative campaigns
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong passion for digital marketing and social media
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Proactive adaptable and capable of thriving in a fastpaced highdemand environment
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
