AJW Group is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team! If you have great customer service skills leadership experience and a passion for hospitality we want to hear from you!
What you will be doing:
Oversee the smooth running cleanliness and visual presentation of the frontofhouse area working closely with the Chef Manager.
Ensure all charges are accurately processed and recorded.
Maintain uptodate and compliant signage ensuring adherence to allergy regulations.
Provide leadership and support to parttime frontofhouse team member ensuring high standards are met.
Foster strong relationships with customers delivering excellent service and maintaining rapport.
Strive for consistency in service delivery ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
Ensure full compliance with company HACCP procedures and maintain accurate HACCP reporting.
Oversee the maintenance and functionality of frontofhouse equipment including coffee machines and vending machines ensuring they are in good working order.
Occasionally assist in delivering hospitality services working alongside the kitchen team
