Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing userfriendly applications and websites. You will collaborate closely with our development team to create intuitive designs that meet our users needs primarily using Figma. Additionally youll be responsible for enhancing the user experience and interface of both our SaaS product and our Webflowbased website. Key Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs behaviors and pain points through interviews surveys and usability testing.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Design wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions and gather feedback.
- User Interface Design: Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces to enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Usability Testing: Perform usability testing to identify issues gather user feedback and iterate on designs to improve functionality and user satisfaction.
- Design Systems Maintenance: Create and manage design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across products and our website.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends tools and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of design processes decisions and guidelines to ensure transparency and consistency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing usercentered designs.
Proficiency primarily in Figma.
Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with HTML CSS JavaScript and Webflow is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for SaaS products.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
Degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
