American Express International Card Services (ICS) is a leading issuer and provider of Consumer and Commercial products and services across many countries around the world. The ICS Lending Center of Excellence (COE) team vision is to ensure each customer has access to flexible payment options relevant rewards and the powerful backing of American Express.
How will you make an impact in this role
As we continue growing our customer base ICS Lending must ensure our customers and shareholders can realize maximum value. To support this agenda we are seeking a colleague that can grow customer engagement and revenues by identifying ADB growth and share opportunities. This role will involve collaboration within and outside of the Lending COE team to:
- Identify revenue opportunities that require enablement of new lending features that benefit all our lending customers. Engaging and collaborating with other colleagues across ICS markets will be key to your success.
- Actionable insights: Deliver executive insights of key lending experiences and lending economics that can further strengthen profitable ADB share and revenues.
- Work with product risk and marketing teams to enable longterm profitable growth: You will partner and collaborate with colleagues across international markets to identify and evaluate growth opportunities and portfoliowide lending enhancements
- Drive Excellence across Lending to grow our business: Support leadership across the Lending COE team to address key questions or challenges facing the ICS business.
- Communicate build and build relationships: Demonstrate a passion for building strong working relationships across regional and international partners (product marketing credit risk insights servicing operational risk technology GCO LOBCO) to strengthen margins across all lending products.
- Lead with a customer first approach: You will have international experience a customerfirst approach and do things the right way to help ensure we deliver what customers value most whilst growing revenues responsibly.
- Develop and grow talent: Support the growth and development of colleagues across the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant work experience in a highgrowth product analytics decision science or risk management team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to sift through data find opportunities and update senior leadership teams as required.
- Has shown to be a thoughtful and inspiring leader that can work effectively across different teams.
- Experience of navigating systems/system of records to improve customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- A good understanding of the international product landscape across lending charge and loans.
- Able to forecast plan lead and implement innovative solutions that generate results.
