Job Description
EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a CNC Machinistto join a precision engineering company located in Northampton working on a permanent basis.
Due to the nature of the markets our client supplies into all candidates must be UK residents and DBS checks will be required. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
Key Benefits on offer:
- Competitive pay: Circa 53000 per annum including shift premium
- Shifts: Afternoons 3pm 11pm Monday to Thursday 3pm 10pm on Friday)
- 35 days per annum inclusive of statutory bank holidays

- Opportunity to work with stateoftheart CNC Milling / Turning and MillTurn machinery
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting and operating multiaxis CNC Millingmachines
- Working from Engineering drawings / 3D models
Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum of 3 yearsCNC Milling / Turning / MillTurn / TurnMill machines using online controls
- Understanding of Fanuc or Siemens CNC controls
- Worked with multipallet multiaxis machines
- Ability to work from engineering drawings
- Previous experience of machining complex components ideally within aerospace motorsport nuclear oil & gas or medical sectors
