The Opportunity

Dash Social (formerly Dash Hudson) is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing with deep expertise in B2B SaaS paid media. This leadership role involves overseeing our inhouse paid initiatives demanding extensive experience in performance marketing a strong analytical approach and a proven track record of operational excellence.

What youll do

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and :

  • Oversee the strategic planning and of all: paid search paid social and ABM campaigns ensuring they align with the companys growth and sales strategies.
  • Continuously improve performance by benchmarking against industry standards and implementing best practices in performance marketing.
  • Flawless management of substantial marketing budgets ensuring every dollar is allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Confident in proposing solutions and making optimization decisions that continually enhance campaign performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Always on top of industry changes and advancements ensuring that strategies and tactics remain ahead of the curve

Advanced Campaign Management:

  • Lead the campaign lifecycle from strategic planning budget allocation creative direction to detailed performance analysis.
  • Comfortable and proficient with living inside platforms such as Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and Meta.
  • Leverage all available data to improve campaign performance (i.e. intent).
  • Spearhead our ABM efforts integrating sophisticated targeting and personalization tactics to engage key accounts effectively.

Crossfunctional Collaboration and Influence:

  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing and Sales to ensure a unified approach.
  • Serve as the senior point of person for all paid media inquiries driving strategic discussions and decisions that enhance alignment and deliver on business goals.

Analytics and Insights:

  • Use data to drive decisions and report on campaign performance to senior management on a routine basis.
  • Leverage deep expertise in analytics tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage a significant marketing budget optimizing spend across campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI.
  • Ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities and business outcomes.

You are a performancedriven B2B paid media expert with a passion for data and an obsession with results. With deep roots in the B2B SaaS industry you are a seasoned expert in performance marketing. You are inherently datadriven thriving in dynamic settings and committed to leveraging paid media to drive substantial business growth.

Key Qualifications

  • 5 years of B2B SaaS experience.
  • Proven track record in managing highimpact paid media campaigns within the SaaS sector.
  • Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience is required.
  • DataObsessed. Your decisions are heavily influenced by data; you are skilled in using data to uncover actionable insights and make strategic decisions.
  • You have exceptional communication and leadership skills you are comfortable presenting strategies and results to Csuite executives ensuring alignment at the highest levels.
  • You thrive in fastpaced environments lead with innovation and are dedicated to continuous improvement in all aspects of performance marketing. Your strategic mindset and operational focus make you an invaluable asset in driving the performance marketing agenda forward.
