Primarily responsible delivery of technology solutions for clients. Defines client needs and develops a plan and proposal for delivery of the project. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Performance is typically evaluated based on the capture of professional services engagement and/or utilization (i.e. billable hours).
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant Associate to join our team in Raleigh. You will work closely with a seasoned Itron team learning our technology process and methods. Technical Consultants provide highly visible customer support through the performance of onsite installation as well as overseeing any necessary support of complex equipment and systems. The technical consultant verifies and approves operational quality of the system and serves as company liaison with the customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Supports onsite and inhouse technical solutions for projects
Implement Itron solutions for our customers (installation configuration testing training customization)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Thrive in both collaborative and autonomous environments
Excel at customer experience engagement and oneonone interaction
Accomplishes operational and/or functional objectives that enable successful of department goals; achieves KPIs and action plans
Education: Associate or bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Physical Demands: This is a typical office job with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
Travel: 020
Location: This is a hybrid position based out of Raleigh NC and is expected to be onsite up to 20 of the time depending on the month and need.
