HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Is responsible for the administrative support and day to day operations of the TMH Child Care Centers.
- Assists in administrative functions required to maintain day to day operations of the department.
- Shall be available to advise and assist.
- Possesses knowledge of early childhood development and clerical and administrative skills to perform Center operations.
- Assists in supervising staff and working with patrons of the Center.

- Child Care Director
Supervises:
- Child Care Specialists
- Child Care Providers
WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- High School Diploma/GED.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Required Experience:
- Three 3 years classroom and supervisory experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Directly related supervisory experience as Director or Assistant Director.
- Other training or special skills include strong communication human relations and organizational skills.
- Must be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- 45 hours FL Department of Children and Families (DCF) training including passing the competency examination Child Development Associate (CDA) and Directors Credential issued by DCF.
