About the RoleReporting directly to the CFO this is a highimpact strategic leadership role. As Finance Director youll act as a key business partner and secondincommand to the CFO leading core financial operations planning and analysis and compliance activities. Youll drive process improvement and build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning analysis and accounting operations ensuring accurate timely reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in finance systems processes and outputs to enable scale and efficiency.
Oversee FP&A general ledger integrity and transaction compliance including AP and VAT/WHT reporting.
Own the statutory audit and annual reporting process including technical accounting across leases revenue and complex instruments.
Deliver strategic financial insight to asset management and investment functions to support commercial decisions.
Manage cash forecasting liquidity planning bank compliance and investor funding requirements.
Lead a highperforming finance team including the Head of FP&A and Financial Controller.
What Were Looking ForWed love to hear from you if you are:
A qualified accountant (FCA CA or equivalent) with strong technical skills and commercial acumen.
Experienced in large assets/infrastructure finance including both operations and construction.
A confident communicator and influencer who brings gravitas to senior discussions.
Adept at financial systems improvement and delivering value through dataled insights.
Experienced in FP&A compliance audit and working in fastpaced highgrowth environments.
Comfortable managing multijurisdictional activity and engaging with banks investors and ELT stakeholders.
Experience in private equity Big 4 and/or professional services as well as familiarity with a small number of bluechip customers is desirable.
