Exercise planning and scenario development is essential for Table Top Exercises (TTXs) Command Post Exercises Senior Leader Seminars Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercises and Field Training Exercises to achieve the stated objectives of the commander.
Individual is to conduct frontend analysis by reviewing current operational directives standing contingency plans and conceptual approaches. Individual will create scenarios to stress decisionmaking capabilities joint warfighting functions and address the operational and tactical issues in the increasingly complex African environment. Contractor will provide mission analysis develop exercise concepts develop and present courses of action and coordinate for necessary resources. Contractor will contribute to development of the Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) for operations based or complex discussionbased exercises. Contractor will attend all Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) events. During exercises contractor will serves in the Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG).
