Role Summary:
We are hiring a Director of Digital Marketing to build our performance marketing engine focused on expanding brand awareness and driving leads from our target audience.
As a digital director you will be required to drive website traffic develop and execute digital marketing campaigns monitor and interpret analytic data and optimize the functionality of our digital infrastructure and ecosystem.
To be a successful digital director you should possess excellent marketing skills and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. A skilled digital director should have extensive knowledge of the digital ecosystem and be able to implement digital marketing strategies that result in increased sales.
You will own:
Build overall digital marketing strategy including identifying potential/existing customers and their current and future needs monitoring the competition and driving inbound marketing across target audiences.
Plans and executes all web SEO/SEM database marketing email social media and display advertising campaigns.
Designs builds and maintains our social media presence.
Collaborates with internally to develop content strategy and needs
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying shortterm and longrange issues that must be addressed.
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plans executes and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Creates landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
