Job Description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Learn All Aspects of The Parts Department
Pull and Deliver Parts to technicians Bay and relevant positions.
Answer Phones and Assist Vendors with All their Parts Questions and Needs
Must work MondayFriday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Work and Coordinate with Collision Manager/Estimators to ensure Parts are ordered correctly and promptly
Follow up on Ordered Parts and Create Cases in a timely fashion
Stay relevant and up to date with allinclusive items and Trainings
Place Receive Post and Stock Orders
Shuttle Customers as needed and necessary
Deliver Parts when needed
Multitask
Problem solving and working within the Parts Team
Reports to Collision Manager
Minimum Qualifications Skills Work Experience Requirements
Valid Drivers License
Must Submit and Pass Drug Screening
Documented Experience as an Automotive Parts Person preferred
Understanding of Stuckey Automotives Excellent Customer Service
Honesty Integrity Trustworthiness Kindness
Driven Positive and Passionate to achieve growth and goals and provide an ideal work atmosphere
Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service Skills
Strong Professional Manners
Must meet deadlines
