The Challenge

At OneTrust were committed to the highest standards of ethics integrity and compliance. The Compliance team plays a key role in ensuring that our business operates responsibly and in line with legal regulatory and internal standards.

Were looking for a Compliance Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone analytical detailoriented and passionate about building and scaling compliance programs that promote ethical behavior transparency and trust across the organization.

Your Mission:

• Support the development and enhancement of our global compliance programs
• Ensure adherence to regulatory legal and internal policy requirements
• Design and deliver engaging learning programs to strengthen compliance and ethical awareness across the business
• Gather and analyze data to monitor compliance performance generate KPIs and present key trends to leadership
• Conduct vendor assessments and sanctions screening (e.g. OFAC EU UN lists)
• Contribute to risk assessments internal audits and mitigation plans
• Stay informed of regulatory changes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

You Are:

• Committed to ethics transparency and doing the right thing
• Highly analytical with strong problemsolving and investigative skills
• Proactive and collaborative able to work crossfunctionally
• Skilled in data visualization and reporting using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders and external auditors

Your Experience Includes:

• 5 years of experience in compliance risk management or internal audit
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices
• Experience with global watchlists and sanctions screening tools
• Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelors degree in business law data analytics or a related field

Extra Awesome:

• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) CRCM CIA or similar certifications
• Experience using Power BI Tableau or similar tools to create dashboards and reports
• Background in ethics and compliance training or enablement programs
