Aspire Health Alliance a renowned institution founded in 1926 is part of a national initiative to transform behavioral health care. Recently designated a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) we are at the forefront of a new model of care delivery. Redesigning behavioral health care which is founded on the goals of timely access to client centered comprehensive behavioral health care services.
We are seeking an experienced independently licensed Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient Clinic to provide clinical supervision to our masters level clinicians and utilize comprehensive and integrated clientcentered care using evidencebased practices.
Under the guidance of the Program Director the Clinical Supervisor will set a positive tone/morale for the team; will model Aspires mission and professional culture; and will provide clinical supervision to masters level clinicians per regulation and licensing requirements. The role will assure all clinical documentation meets the organizations standard of care; monitors risk; ensures quality of care and compliance are adhered to; and promotes evidencebased practices. In collaboration with the Program Director and Training Department will have input in design and development of clinical training to help foster growth and professional development of clinical staff.

Required Education:
Graduate degree in Social Work Mental Health Counseling Psychology or related field.
- Independent licensure required: LICSW LMHC licensed Psychologist or LMFT
Required Experience:
Previous supervisory/teaching experience preferred
Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record preferred
Minimum two years post graduate experience and five years strongly preferred
Experience with child populations preferred but those with other experience are encouraged to apply
Required Skills:
Computer proficiency and ability to learn new computer applications
Excellent clinical communication and organizational skills
