Are you a passionate and curious student looking to kickstart your career in software engineering Zendesk is offering a 3month paid fulltime internship in our Product and Engineering Organization based in Krakw Poland. This inoffice role will run from July to early October 2025 and the best interns will be offered a fulltime position after completion.
About the Internship
As an Intern Software Engineer at Zendesk youll collaborate with talented engineers across the globe to build scalable highperformance products and services. You will:
Pair with experienced engineers to understand our technology stack and architecture.
Ship your code to production continuously and improve the experience of tens of thousands of Zendesk customers.
Use metrics and distributed tracing to instrument changes.
Gain handson experience with realworld challenges and cuttingedge technologies.
Learn a ton and enjoy what you do every day!
This internship will focus on building applications enhancing your skills and providing onthejob experience to develop your engineering knowledge further. We value individuals who are flexible adaptable and eager to learn.
What Youll Work On
Based on your preference and skillset youll be able to choose an internship in one of the teams working in different different areas and using various programming languages i.e.: FullStack Engineering iOS Engineering Cybersecurity Engineering UX/UI Design. Youll have a chance to work with technologies like Ruby on Rails Swift Java Scala Python JavaScript/TypeScript AWS GCP (you dont need to be proficient in them but have the desire to learn!

Who You Are
Basic Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or related degree program.
Preference for students in their penultimate (junior) year.
Basic coding skills in at least one programming language (e.g. Java Scala Ruby Python JavaScript) and a willingness to learn more.
Authorized to work in Poland (Zendesk does not provide visa sponsorship for this internship).
Fluency in English.
Located in Krakw for the full duration of the internship.

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is z117000.00z175000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities applicable experience and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus benefits or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific inoffice schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
