Job Description

A leading national law firm is seeking a midlevel Attorney with 4 years of debt finance experience to join its Financial Services Transaction practice. The ideal candidate has experience representing lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions including:

  • Drafting and negotiating credit agreements intercreditor agreements security agreements and other primary loan documents
  • Managing transaction closings
  • Supervising junior associates and paralegals
