The following position is to join RTX Corporate team:

We are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous HR Partner (HRP) Manager with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities high attention to detail and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams. The ideal candidate is selfdriven possesses excellent coaching skills and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders providing guidance on HR policies processes and best practices.
  • Lead and execute HR projects that align with business goals ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on talent management performance improvement employee relations and leadership development.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement retention and career development.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decisionmaking and optimize workforce planning.
  • Support/train leaders on employee transactions such as job changes terminations and supervisor moves.
  • On a monthly quarterly and adhoc basis utilize Workday reports and Qlik to update a variety of data dashboards.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws regulations statutes and the RTX Code of Ethics and company policies proactively mitigating risks.
  • Build a network of key partners across the function in areas such as Total Rewards Talent Workforce Intelligence & Employee & Labor Relations
  • Support organizational change initiatives fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and team effectiveness.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR such as HR Business Partner HR Management or related roles supporting a large corporation.
  • Must be a US Citizen/ US Person Green Card holder.

  • Experience leading HR projects and delivering results in a fastpaced environment.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail to interpret HR data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Selfdriven with the ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Coaching skills to support leadership and employee development.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint PowerBI Asana and Workday for reporting and data analysis.

Location: Hybrid preferably from Farmington CT.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collectivebargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual shortterm and/or longterm incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collectivebargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
