Position: Lead Generation Specialist


About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels. Your goal is to drive sales opportunities and contribute to business growth by engaging potential customers qualifying prospects and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation sales or a related role.
  • Strong research skills and proficiency in using lead generation tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator HubSpot ZoomInfo).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and email automation tools.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze lead data and adjust strategies accordingly.
