Were looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our fastgrowing Ecommerce team to drive customer acquisition and brand storytelling across paid social channels. In this role youll lead creative strategy oversee content development from brief to and manage campaign performance across platforms like Meta TikTok Pinterest and Reddit.

This role blends leftbrain data analysis with rightbrain creative thinkingperfect for someone who understands how content community and conversions intersect in the beauty space.

As a Paid Social Manager at THG youll:

Media Strategy & Activation

  • Strategize execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta TikTok Pinterest Reddit and other emerging platforms
  • Manage daily pacing budgets and performance reporting aligned to acquisition and efficiency goals
  • Build and maintain audience strategies campaign structures and testing roadmaps
  • Partner with Analytics to evaluate performance trends and inform paid social strategies
  • Contribute to retail media plans and advertising coop efforts in collaboration with partners like Sephora

Creative Strategy & Content Development

  • Lead the endtoend creative development process for paid socialfrom briefing to delivery
  • Write thoughtful datainformed creative briefs rooted in brand messaging consumer insights and platform trends
  • Collaborate closely with Creative and Marketing teams to develop assets optimized for performance
  • Analyze creative performance and provide strategic recommendations for iteration
  • Monitor emerging social trends storytelling formats memes and audio to fuel innovation
  • Bonus: Comfort with lightweight content creation (e.g. UGCstyle video voiceovers) is a strong plus but not required

Reporting & Optimization

  • Own reporting for paid social campaigns with a focus on CAC CPA ROAS and new customer growth
  • Interpret performance data to identify creative and media optimization opportunities
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting insights including recommendations to drive stronger ROI

What skills & experience do I need for this role

  • 4 years of experience in paid social strategy and executionideally in the beauty fashion or consumer goods industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative briefing and collaborate crossfunctionally with design and content teams
  • Strong understanding of platform best practices across Meta TikTok Pinterest etc.
  • Analytical mindset with experience translating performance data into clear actions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skillscomfortable influencing across departments
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics Excel TripleWhale Wrike and Figma preferred
  • Passion for storytelling content and creating a bestinclass brand experience
