Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for managing the EAB Navigate 360 CRM system as well as supporting additional student success technologies including Campus ESP and EdReady. The Specialist will collaborate with university stakeholders develop training programs for faculty and staff and utilize data analytics to inform university leaders on key student success metrics. This role also requires participation in universitywide committees and continuous professional development to remain current in the field. The Student Success Technology Specialist plays a critical role in advancing student retention and success initiatives through the effective administration and optimization of student success technologies. Austin Peay State University is a fouryear public doctorallevel university with six colleges and four Chairs of Excellence. The University has an enrollment of over 10000 students and is located in Clarksville Tennessee a community of an estimated 180000 people located approximately 40 miles northwest of Nashville TN.
