Product Test Engineering Coop

Work Period: July through Mid December

Location: Onsite Needham MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

The Ninja Test Departments role is to ensure our customers get the highestreliability products possible. We do this through extensive testing of our products as we develop them. This coop role will assist the engineers and management of the Ninja Test Team in developing and performing tests to make better products.

We are looking for passionate engineering students that have an interest in product development and product testing. You will be responsible for designing and building electromechanical test fixtures that enable us to measure performance and reliability for SharkNinjas current and future products. This is an opportunity to use your creative skills to solve openended problems and learn about how consumer products are made and tested.

Here are some of the EXCITING things youll get to do:

• Design and build electromechanical automated test fixtures that enable us to evaluate products
• Create new testing protocols
• Perform data analysis using statistical tools to identify trends
• Document results and opportunities for future improvements
• Assist in the teardown of Ninja and competitor products

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

• An inquisitive personality a builder or tinkerer mindset
• Software programming experience (C Python etc.
• Experience with microcontrollers such as Arduino Raspberry Pi etc.
• The ideal candidate will have completed 2 years in an Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering program while maintaining a 3.0 (out of 4.0 GPA or better
• Willingness to learn how to use new lab equipment
• Ability to work full time January to June onsite in Needham MA
• A natural and effective communicator capable of taking abstract concepts to reality in both oral and written form
• Attention to detail in everything you do
• Comfortable expressing points of view that may challenge conventional thinking
