Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Global Events the Sr Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and of Kaseyas global conferences and events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing largescale events leading crossfunctional teams and delivering exceptional attendee experiences that align with our brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and : Lead the endtoend planning and of global conferences ensuring alignment with brand objectives and seamless integration of event strategies.
- Team Coordination: Manage crossfunctional teams and external vendors overseeing event logistics content development and onsite operations to ensure highquality delivery.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets negotiate contracts and identify costsaving opportunities without compromising event quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for executive stakeholders providing regular updates and insights into event performance metrics.
- Process Improvement: Implement scalable event processes and standards driving efficiency and reducing operational bottlenecks to enhance attendee satisfaction.
- PostEvent Analysis: Conduct detailed postevent evaluations measuring success against objectives and applying learnings to future events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management with a focus on largescale conferences.
- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Experience with SharePoint Excel Wrike Canva Instapage Cvent Asana and Smartsheets is desired.
