Job Description
Our client in Orlando Florida is looking to hire a litigation legal assistant devoted to providing the best legal service possible to the Central Florida community. Our client is a Plaintiff personal injury law firm. Our client represents victims who suffered injuries as a result of someone elses negligence.
In this role youll be the backbone of the team responsible for coordinating all depositions mediations and conference calls for our attorneys while also providing crucial administrative support to both paralegals and attorneys. Youll be the primary point of contact for clients and witnesses managing communication efficiently. Your tasks will include requesting medical records and bills for litigation cases assisting paralegals in preparing files for mediation and trial conducting investigations and conducting statistical/documentary research to support their cases. Additionally youll be responsible for answering and directing phone calls maintaining contact lists and meticulously monitoring deadlines and calendars to ensure smooth operations. REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Have experience with scheduling.
- You are great with people (not just good). You can easily sympathize with them and are good at tactfully navigating tricky social situations.
- You can keep your cool when someone else is freaking out.
- You would enjoy answering the phone every time it rings. Its never an interruption to you; its an opportunity.
- You are Internet and technology literate and are comfortable learning new systems.
- You can check your baggage at the door. You can come to work without bringing outside drama in.
Pay:
- $35000.00 $52000.00 per year
