What We Need
Were looking for a strong UX Designer who can traverse the entire lifecycle of products development including user research design prototyping and usability evaluation. You can expect to work only on the most important company priorities work sidebyside with application engineering and be comfortable presenting to Csuite and external customers.

Requirements
- 7 years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction (HCI)
- Skill in developing rapid UI prototypes
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Experience working with retail technology development and device partners
- Experience in implementing accessible and inclusive design principles
- Strong skills in both working with and presenting to executive leaders
- Experience driving maintaining and mechanizing collaboration across teams with divergent needs/goals
- Expertise in ad tech ecosystems and ad systems
- Portfolio showcasing endtoend design solutions for complex products
- Proficient using JS frameworks like React or Angular
Hiring Process
Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes but is not limited to:
- A 30 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager.
- Candidates will be invited to join a remote onsite interview round consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership.
- Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer.

- Experience in HTML CSS Javascript
- Experience using Javascript animation libraries like Three.js or GSAP

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $130000$150000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmos total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including experience level skillset and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
