Were looking for talented interns to join our Corporate Finance team during the academic year of.
Are you a Masters student with a keen interest in the exciting world of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) At PwC we offer you the opportunity to acquire international deals experience at the best business school in the world by actively supporting the Corporate Finance M&A Advisory deals team throughout the entire M&A process.
What youll learn and do
Support on business development initiatives conduct market researches and analyse the Belgian landscape in specific sectors
Assist in the creation of presentations financial analyses and pitches
Conduct valuation exercises using a variety of methods
Work on various deliverables throughout M&A transactions (information memorandums long lists dataroom assistance etc.
Who you are
Final year Master student
Outstanding academic record
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a plus
Any prior experience in Corporate Finance Private Equity or related finance positions is an advantage
Eye for detail and uncompromising on quality
Proactive and problem solver
Team player
Resultsoriented and willing to go the extra mile
Eager to learn and highly motivated
Demonstrated interest in finance and in the M&A practice
Available for a period of 3 months minimum
