Job Description
- As a Senior AI Creative you will work on highprofile industryleading projects that will challenge and inspire you while also providing the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Lead the creation of AIgenerated art and video content setting workflows and style guides and producing stunning visual assets for one of the most popular mobile game titles in the world.
- Collaborate with other creatives animators and motion designers on ideating concepting storyboarding and producing engaging and innovative content for UA and Social.
- Be a real team player acting as the teams AI specialist sharing knowledge helping others and building great work together.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into processes and workflows.
- Experiment with AIdriven tools to explore new possibilities and push the boundaries of artistic expression and storytelling.
- Optimize AIgenerated content for performance and quality across different devices platforms and media types.
- Work closely with the central AI team to exchange knowledge learnings and key information with the creative team.
- Use insights and benchmarks to iterate on existing creatives and continuously improve their quality.
- An ambitious creative comfortable with risk taking and ambiguity and a learner at heart.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the advertising & art direction preferably in the gaming/entertainment industry.
- Bachelors degree in Advertising Graphic Design Arts or a related field.
- Proficiency in GenAI and machine learning tools from storyboard to final work.
- Experience with 2D and 3D software such as Photoshop Figma C4D or Maya.
- Experience with video editing tools and software such as After Effects Premiere Pro or similar.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to identify troubleshoot and derive solutions to difficulties arising in artistic processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- The ability to drive an idea from conception to completion.
