Job Description
Our client a worldleader in diagnostics and life sciences is looking for aClinicalService Project Manager I 100 Remote).
Job Duration:Long TermContract(Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate: $35/hr on W2
Under generalsupervision manages multiple clinical and lab services projects of lesscomplex nature from initiation through contract completion. Applies projectmanagement skills and experience in delivering projects on time within budgetand with high customer satisfaction. Facilitates crossfunctional interactionsto complete the assigned projects within the deadline and compliance withpharma services plan.
Responsibilities:
- Manages multipleclinical testing and lab services projects from initiation through contractcompletion under supervision of Program Manager. Acts as primary point ofcontact to Pharma customers
- Performs tacticalcoordination of timelines for all projects and functions within CDx PharmaServices Develops project plansestablish and coordinates timelines for assigned projects and functions
- Manages ofcrossfunctional plans and tracks progress of activities
- Identifies gapspotential bottlenecks or delays and challenge assumptions
- Oversees and guidesdaytoday activities of sample process flow and accurate reporting of results.Implements / pulls in best practices within the clinical sciences team fosterscontinuous improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange
- Interfaces withresources outside of the company (Contract Research Organizations (CROs) siteinvestigators client counterparts etc. and serves as single point of contactwith Pharma and clients
- Manages meetingactivities such as setting agendas organizing meeting time and editingmeeting minutes
- Tracks maintains andcommunicates project reports and clinical study data to Pharma and other clients
