Responsibilities of a Junior Sales Trainee:

  • Build trust with customers within a provided territory ensuring their satisfaction relaying product information and uncovering upsell opportunities
  • Identify and secure new customers through strategic outreach and tailored sales solutions
  • Conduct professional and persuasive sales presentations tailored to the customers needs
  • Educate potential buyers on our clients current products ongoing promotions and updated services
  • Assist our clients in acquiring new accounts and overseeing expanding markets
  • Train directly with our Senior Sales Managers to develop full knowledge of our clients mission guidelines compliance standards sales strategies and sales goals
  • Review sale contracts with clients identify their concerns and negotiate accounts through upselling products and services as needed that will benefit both parties

The Ideal Junior Sales Trainee Candidate:

  • Proven Sales Skills: 2 years of experience in sales account management territory management or related roles
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and execute sales plans aligned with regional and company goals
  • Interpersonal Savvy: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence customers from various backgrounds
  • SelfDriven: A gogetter attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations and tackling challenges headon
  • Telecom Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in telecommunications or wireless sales is a plus
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to share best practices and support teammates
