We are seeking highly skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanics tojoin our team in Raleigh NC. The ideal Technician will have a strongbackground in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of heavy construction equipmentensuring machinery safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various types of heavyequipment including bulldozers excavators loaders and cranes.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventiveservices on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical electrical andhydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify andaddress potential problems before they lead to equipment failure.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environmentadhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairsperformed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification from a recognized technical schoolor program ispreferred.
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency with mechanical electrical andhydraulic systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
- Excellent communication and customer serviceskills.
- Valid drivers license.
$30 $40/hr.
