TES Staffing is teaming up with one of Rochesters top hospital systems to support their bustling Gastroenterology center and were looking for a detailloving patientsupporting teamoriented Surgery Scheduler to join the crew onsite!

Job Details:
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (weekends off Yes please!
Pay: Starting at $18/hr
Location: Onsite at a major Rochester hospital campus be in the action not on the sidelines!

Your DaytoDay:
Keep things running like clockwork by managing the surgery and procedural schedule
Handle patient records with care and precision
Schedule appointments greet patients and make their day a little brighter
Help patients navigate insurance authorizations and billing with confidence
Be a goto resource for incoming calls emails and inperson questions
Keep office operations humming from supplies to mail to record gathering
Were Looking for Someone Who:
Has at least 6 months of medical terminology experience
Brings strong customer service and communication skills
Can multitask like a pro and stay organized under pressure
Is techsavvy (Word & Excel are your friends!
Understands the importance of confidentiality and compassion
Is a team player with initiative and a cando attitude!
