We are looking for a fulltime Client Experience Specialist that will play a vital role in supporting our current & future clients. This position is focused on providing an exceptional client experience when guests visit Oakworth Capital Bank. The Client Experience Specialist is responsible for a variety of tasks including providing excellent client service processing account transactions effectively helping resolve client concerns or issues in a timely fashion following proper procedures to minimize errors and reduce fraud and keeping the lobby and reception area in a neat and organized appearance for our guests. Client Experience Specialists are expected to always balance their cash drawers build great rapport with Oakworth clients and be strong team players who take pride in performing well and enjoy helping others.
