The Business Transformation team in our Internal Firm Services designs and delivers businessled technologyenabled transformation solutions to support PwC in strategically shifting its operating model drive efficiency and achieve sustainable benefits.
In this dynamic environment we are now recruiting an ambitious and highly motivated Junior Power Platform developer in Athens.
As part of the Business Transformation team you may expect to work in an agile highly collaborative teamoriented environment. You will participate in the development of innovative approaches in discovering and solving real world problems addressing business challenges and navigating through fastpaced and dynamic projects.
The role acts as a change enabler through rich business applications and workflow capabilities to transform manual business operations into digital and automated combining available technologies and ensuring that requirements are met throughout the design development and testing stages of a project.
Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team
Via a mixture of onthejob training focused skills development and formalized training you will accumulate and apply knowledge on Power Platform tools (such as Power Apps Power Automate Power BI) and business analysis techniques.
You will actively participate in meetings to understand the business requirements and you will utilize problemsolving skills to identify client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
You will support the analysis of the current processes and future needs the creation and evaluation of user stories and the implementation planning and respective documentation.
You will support the interpretation of functional requirements and user stories into technical designs for endtoend web solutions that improve collaboration productivity and knowledge sharing.
You will be part of the team that will build lowcode webbased applications and components using Power Apps (model driven and canvas) combined with other Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power BI to provide an integrated endtoend user experience.
You will install and configure data gateways and implement solutions using multiple data sources e.g.: SharePoint Office 360 Dataverse).
You will communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to internal customers team leads and team members.
You will ascertain the flawless operation of the application by participating in the UAT e.g.: review user experience process flow integrations power automation integrations identifying potential issues and debugging or implementing new functionalities.
You will take responsibility for the application maintenance and will assist in the practical operation of processes where needed.
You will take part in the development of detailed structured transparent and complete documentation deliverables e.g. business requirements implementation plans end user guides & manuals etc. with the guidance of the senior members of the team.
What we are looking for
Excellent academic record from a Greek or foreign toptier university relevant to Computer Science Mathematics Engineering or relevant discipline.
02 relevant professional experience
Fundamental knowledge in programming and web app development
Strong businesstotechnology translation skills to identify ways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance.
Exposure to SharePoint Database like MS SQL basic experience with DevOps tools and familiarity with additional DTN technologies will be considered an asset
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Creativity flexibility and ability to easily adapt and work in ambiguous situations
Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Greek and English language and active listening skills
A team player able to work collaboratively with and through others
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and GSuite.
