As the Technician Service Support you will contribute to the seamless delivery of support services focussed on staff workstations across both our Geelong Waurn Ponds and Waterfront campuses. You will utilise strong Information and Communication Technology (ICT) knowledge to provide specialist advice to resolve any incidents queries and requests within the agreed service standards.
Alongside remote support youll also have plenty of opportunities to provide handson assistance to users ensuring that technical issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
